¹亚哈斯 登基 的时候年二十 岁 ，在耶路撒冷 作王 十六 年 ；不象他祖 大卫 行 耶和华 眼中 看为正 的事，

¹Ahaz was twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem: but he did not that which was right in the sight of the LORD, like David his father:

²却行 以色列 诸王 的道 ，又铸造 巴力 的象 ，

²For he walked in the ways of the kings of Israel, and made also molten images for Baalim.

³并且在欣嫩 子 谷 烧香 ，用火 焚烧 他的儿女 ，行耶和华 在以色列 人 面前 所驱逐 的外邦人 那可憎的事 ；

³Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.^a

⁴并在邱坛 上、山岗 上、各青翠 树 下献祭 烧香 。

⁴He sacrificed also and burnt incense in the high places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

⁵所以，耶和华 ―他的神 将他交在 亚兰 王 手里 。亚兰王打败 他，掳了 他许多 的民 ，带到 大马色 去。神 又将他交在 以色列 王 手里 ，以色列 王向他大 行杀戮 。

⁵Wherefore the LORD his God delivered him into the hand of the king of Syria; and they smote him, and carried away a great multitude of them captives, and brought them to Damascus. And he was also delivered into the hand of the king of Israel, who smote him with a great slaughter.^b

⁶利玛利 的儿子 比加 一 日 杀了 犹大人 十二万 ，都是勇 士 ，因为他们离弃了 耶和华 ―他们列祖 的神 。

⁶ ¶ For Pekah the son of Remaliah slew in Judah an hundred and twenty thousand in one day, which were all valiant men; because they had forsaken the LORD God of their fathers.^c

⁷有一个以法莲 中的勇士 ，名叫细基利 ，杀了 王 的儿子 玛西雅 和管理 王宫 的押斯利甘 ，并宰相以利加拿 。

⁷And Zichri, a mighty man of Ephraim, slew Maaseiah the king's son, and Azrikam the governor of the house, and Elkanah that was next to the king.^d

⁸以色列 人 掳了 他们的弟兄 ，连妇人 带儿 女 共有二十万 ，又掠了 许多 的财物 ，带到 撒玛利亚 去了。

⁸And the children of Israel carried away captive of their brethren two hundred thousand, women, sons, and daughters, and took also away much spoil from them, and brought the spoil to Samaria.

⁹但那里有耶和华 的一个先知 ，名叫 俄德 ，出来 迎接往 撒玛利亚 去的军兵 ，对他们说 ：因为耶和华 ―你们列祖 的神 恼怒 犹大人 ，所以将他们交在 你们手里 ，你们竟怒气 沖 天 ，大行杀戮 。

⁹But a prophet of the LORD was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out before the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because the LORD God of your fathers was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage that reacheth up unto heaven.

¹⁰如今你们又有意 强逼 犹大 人 和耶路撒冷 人作你们的奴 婢 ，你们岂不也 有得罪 耶和华 ―你们神 的事么？

¹⁰And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: but are there not with you, even with you, sins against the LORD your God?

¹¹现在你们当听 我说，要将掳来 的弟兄 释放回去 ，因为耶和华 向你们已经大发烈怒 。

¹¹Now hear me therefore, and deliver the captives again, which ye have taken captive of your brethren: for the fierce wrath of the LORD is upon you.

¹²于是，以法莲 人 的几个 族长 ―就是约哈难 的儿子 亚撒利雅 、米实利末 的儿子 比利家 、沙龙 的儿子 耶希西家 、哈得莱 的儿子 亚玛撒 ―起来 拦挡出兵 回来 的人，

¹²Then certain of the heads of the children of Ephraim, Azariah the son of Johanan, Berechiah the son of Meshillemoth, and Jehizkiah the son of Shallum, and Amasa the son of Hadlai, stood up against them that came from the war,

¹³对他们说 ：你们不可带进 这被掳的人 来！你们想要 使我们得罪 耶和华 ，加增 我们的罪恶 过犯 ？因为我们的罪过 甚大 ，已经有烈怒 临到以色列人 了。

¹³And said unto them, Ye shall not bring in the captives hither: for whereas we have offended against the LORD already, ye intend to add more to our sins and to our trespass: for our trespass is great, and there is fierce wrath against Israel.

¹⁴于是带兵器的人 将掳来的人口 和掠来的财物 都留在 众首领 和会众 的面前 。

¹⁴So the armed men left the captives and the spoil before the princes and all the congregation.

¹⁵以上提 名 的那些人 就站起 ，使 被掳的人 前来；其中有赤身 的，就从所掠的财物 中拿出衣服和鞋来，给他们穿 ，又给他们吃 喝 ，用膏抹 他们；其中有软弱 的，就使 他们骑驴 ，送 到 棕树 城 耶利哥 他们弟兄 那里；随后就回 撒玛利亚 去了。

¹⁵And the men which were expressed by name rose up, and took the captives, and with the spoil clothed all that were naked among them, and arrayed them, and shod them, and gave them to eat and to drink, and anointed them, and carried all the feeble of them upon asses, and brought them to Jericho, the city of palm trees, to their brethren: then they returned to Samaria.

¹⁶那时 ，亚哈斯 王 差遣 人去见亚述 诸王 ，求他们帮助 ；

¹⁶ ¶ At that time did king Ahaz send unto the kings of Assyria to help him.

¹⁷因为以东人 又来 攻击 犹大 ，掳掠 子民。

¹⁷For again the Edomites had come and smitten Judah, and carried away captives.^e

¹⁸非利士人 也来侵占 高原 和犹大 南方 的城邑 ，取了 伯示麦 、亚雅崙 、基低罗 ，梭哥 和属梭哥的乡村 ，亭纳 和属亭纳的乡村 ，瑾锁 和属瑾锁的乡村 ，就住 在那里。

¹⁸The Philistines also had invaded the cities of the low country, and of the south of Judah, and had taken Beth–shemesh, and Ajalon, and Gederoth, and Shocho with the villages thereof, and Timnah with the villages thereof, Gimzo also and the villages thereof: and they dwelt there.

¹⁹因为以色列 王 亚哈斯 在犹大 放肆 ，大大干 犯 耶和华 ，所以耶和华 使犹大 卑微 。

¹⁹For the LORD brought Judah low because of Ahaz king of Israel; for he made Judah naked, and transgressed sore against the LORD.

²⁰亚述 王 提革拉毘尼色 上来 ，却没有帮助 他，反倒欺凌 他。

²⁰And Tilgath–pilneser king of Assyria came unto him, and distressed him, but strengthened him not.

²¹亚哈斯 从耶和华 殿里 和王 宫 中，并首领 家内所取的财宝给了 亚述 王 ，这也无济于事 。

²¹For Ahaz took away a portion out of the house of the LORD, and out of the house of the king, and of the princes, and gave it unto the king of Assyria: but he helped him not.

²²这亚哈斯 王 在急难 的时候 ，越发 得罪 耶和华 。

²² ¶ And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against the LORD: this is that king Ahaz.

²³他祭祀 攻击 他的大马色 之神 ，说 ：因为亚兰 王 的神 帮助 他们，我也献祭 与他，他好帮助 我。但那些神 使他和以色列众人 败亡了 。

²³For he sacrificed unto the gods of Damascus, which smote him: and he said, Because the gods of the kings of Syria help them, therefore will I sacrifice to them, that they may help me. But they were the ruin of him, and of all Israel.^f

²⁴亚哈斯 将神 殿里 的器皿 都聚了来 ，毁坏了 ，且封锁 耶和华 殿 的门 ；在耶路撒冷 各处的拐角 建筑 祭坛 ，

²⁴And Ahaz gathered together the vessels of the house of God, and cut in pieces the vessels of the house of God, and shut up the doors of the house of the LORD, and he made him altars in every corner of Jerusalem.

²⁵又在犹大 各城 建立 邱坛 ，与别 神 烧香 ，惹动耶和华 ―他列祖 神 的怒气 。

²⁵And in every several city of Judah he made high places to burn incense unto other gods, and provoked to anger the LORD God of his fathers.^g

²⁶亚哈斯其余 的事 和他的行为 ，自始 至终 都写在 犹大 和以色列 诸王 记 上。

²⁶ ¶ Now the rest of his acts and of all his ways, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel.

²⁷亚哈斯 与他列祖 同睡 ，葬在 耶路撒冷 城里 ，没有送入 以色列 诸王 的坟墓 中。他儿子 希西家 接续他作王 。

²⁷And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city, even in Jerusalem: but they brought him not into the sepulchres of the kings of Israel: and Hezekiah his son reigned in his stead.
